A Secure and Lasting Solution
Missing teeth can cause all sorts of challenges with eating, speaking, and certainly smiling. Sometimes you may require a replacement for a single tooth and other times you are looking for a solution to removable dentures. Dental implants are often preferred to dentures as implants require no adhesives, suction, clasps, or crowned support teeth to stay in place.
A dental implant is a permanent solution that is the closest to restoring your natural tooth because an implant screw, which is easily accepted by the body, replaces the root of your tooth while a custom fabricated crown replaces your actual tooth.
Bright 32 offers several types of dental implants, which Dr. Brenner can go over with you during a virtual or in-person consultation. Rest assured that Dr. Brenner’s primary goals are providing you with the highest level of comfort, safety, and quality of work to give you a beautiful and functional smile.

What should I expect following my dental implant?
You can expect to experience temporary bleeding, numbness, and swelling at the dental implant site. Most of these symptoms can be managed with over-the-counter pain medication, ice packs, and a soft food diet for a few days.
Are there any problems with dental implants?
Not everyone is a great candidate for dental implants. If you have any underlying health conditions like diabetes or heart disease that may affect the ability of the implant to adhere to your jaw bone, it may compromise the implant’s success.
What is the cost of dental implants?
A dental implant is a long-term investment into your oral health and the cost will depend on the number of implants, implant materials, and type of restoration. Exact pricing for your treatment can only be determined after an exam. We work with all of our patients to fit costs into your budget and find a plan that works for YOU!
